As ATM manufacturers have introduced new enhanced features, we have tried to maintain a working knowledge of those features. The start of ATM Media Solutions began as a way for our then parent company to to maintain an edge over competition in placing ATMs in off-branch location. Realizing there was a need for a private company to help ATM owners understand and to utilize enhanced ATM functions we started ATM Media Solutions in late 1999. We have found that many ATM owners have ATMs capable of enhanced functionality but are not using the features because of either a lack of knowledge or a source in developing the material to utilize the features. Our customers have been banks, credit unions, ISOs, ATM resellers, and ATM manufacturers. Our typical business usually comes from word-of-mouth, and it is growing everyday. We approach each job with the philosophy that our current project will lead directly to our next project. In a nutshell, our customers our are best advertising.
